Linkage: Choose Cable (1968-73) for early Land Cruisers with factory cable throttle linkage, or Rod (1974-87) for later trucks with factory rod linkage. The Rod option includes our rod linkage adapter so the carb connects to your original linkage.
When your carb goes bad on you, and it will, Weber is the only way to go. Available with a 300 cfm 32/36 progressive or 38/38 synchronous carburetor and electric or manual choke — choose your version above. The design is extremely simplistic and there aren't many moving parts at all. JT Outfitters has done the homework, so you do not have to, all our kits are very specific so you can attach to your original linkage. The 32/36 is a great carb that we use often in the shop, with good performance and good mileage, it can't be beat. This Carb is LIGHT YEARS ahead of your stock Carburetor.
This kit fits 1968-73 cable linkage and 1974-87 rod linkage Land Cruisers — choose your linkage above.
Kit comes with everything you'll need to install and run, you just adjust the idle and mixture.
All carburetors sales are final, carb kits are non-returnable.
Which version do I need?
-
32/36 DGEV/DGV (progressive): The first barrel opens about halfway before the second barrel kicks in, giving smooth, economical driving around town with extra power when you push it — the most efficient power upgrade.
-
38/38 DGES (synchronous): Both barrels open together and equally at all times for the maximum power upgrade.
-
Electric choke: Opens automatically as the engine warms up; best for daily drivers; needs a 12V switched power wire.
-
Manual choke: Controlled by a cable from the dash; simpler, gives you direct control, ideal for off-road and cold-weather use.
This is a REAL NEW Weber Carb, not an imposter, rebuilt or knock-off!
